PATHETIC AND INCONSIDERATE FOR SICK PATIENTS

Good evening

I am writing this review on behalf of my sister. She had to leave her job due to unforseen illness, yet she has paid her bills every single month to EDGARS..Now she has been now over charged. She is sick in bed resting for months yet get unacceptable emails.

In her condition she called up Edgar's to query this and customer service has useless attitude and assistance. The manager of Edgar's Pavilion in Durban said they cannot assist her.

Absolutely pathetic and inconsiderate attitude to sick patients
