Pathetic and *********** Service

I would like to know how can I still be owing R0.05 on an account I have Paid Up and Closed several times in the year 2018. I have previous History about this very same isssue already. And yet it's still not sorted out till 2020.

I have Paid Up Letter as proof from Zade Olivier - Edcon Customer Services, confirming I do not owe a cent. !

And it's actually pathetic to be dealing with this all over again ! Edcon , I urge you to please fix your mess as this is reflecting negatively on the Bureau, and causing a bad impact on my name. Don't hold others back in Life, Please.!
