Pathetic Administration and TAKING $ THAT DOESN'T BELONG TO YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The following email was sent on the 12th August 2019. I have not yet had any response and Edgars, continues to take my money when I EXPRESSLY had asked them to cancel this service that I NEVER subscribed to because I DON'T BUY PREPAID AIRTIME FOR GOODNESS SAKE!

I am an extremely frustrated client.

I have asked repeatedly for the SMS airtime thing that i had NEVER requested in the first place be REMOVED from my account.

I am still being charged R49 a month for this. Something I never asked for and have repeatedly asked to be removed.

I was informed that it was cancelled and now AGAIN I see it on my statement.

Can someone please correct this.
