pathetic!!

<p> I received an sms from edgars which stated that if you buy for more than R1500 you receive an voucher of R700 for any adidas, nike or puma sneakers. It only stated to buy at edgars and not what specific products you shpuld buy. I bought an cellphone of R2800 at edgars bay west mall, I did not see any sneakers that I wanted there and the staff lady advised me to go to any other edgars and get the shoes there. On 31/07/2016 I went to edgars uitenhage, the manager there refused to give me the voucher because she said it should be clothes that you bought not a cellphone. The sms only stated to buy at edgars. The manager was very unhelpful and tried for more that an half an hour to get hold of baywest. It seems to me that she does not know what is going on. Her service is pathetic an unfriendly. I immediately phoned greenacres and the guy advised me that I should come to their store and he will help me. Edgars uitenhage is pathetic and the staff there. Most unpleasant store ever. Will never go there again. It gave me a huge dislike in edgars stores. </p>
