Parental plan - unclaimable

I am trying to claim from the Parental funeral plan from Edgar's but they keep on sending me here and there. Even when I go to internet, most of their numbers are not working: either not in use or no longer in use. It is frustrating because I was hoping am going to use the funds for the burial but it seems I was waiting my money. I have been trying to call all morning but I do not get any help...I am starting to give up.
