Parent Funeral plan

Good day Sir/madam

I went to Edgars Menlyn on the 05-02-2020 to submit a claim for Parent Funeral plan.I buried my mother on the 08-02-2020 I am still waiting for the financial aid. I have joined in 2008/09/27 still have the form.The service is very bad that I wasn't able to use the money for the funeral purpose. Regards Aretha
