Parcel NOT received from Courier

I regularly order from Edgars and have my parcel delivered to our nearest Pharmacy; I always receive my parcel on time via ParcelNinja. This time my package was courier by The Courier Guy. My parcel indicates that it was delivered on 6/12/2024, the pharmacy didn't receive my parcel. I called Edgars on 08/12/2024 and spoke to Gill, she even asked to speak to someone at the Pharmacy which she did, they advised that they didn't receive my parcel. Gill advised to call me back, still no contact until date. I emailed Edgars & the courier company on 09/12/2024 and again today 11/12/2024, no feedback. And i have already paid for my items. PLEASE ADVISE ASAP!!!
