PAID UP LETTER - YET ACCOUNT STILL OPEN
Good day,
I have a paid up letter dated July 2016 from Edgars, yet they keep saying I have an amount outstanding. I need this account closed and my credit record updated as this is affecting my credit score negatively. I have sent numerous emails but nobody seems interested.
