PAID UP LETTER REQUEST

I phoned 4 different Edgars (Edcon) JHB numbers in an attempt to obtain debt review paid up letter and request closure of account from Edgars to no avail. Went into Somerset Mall branch in W/C province to request paid up letter as well as request to close this account, yet to no avail. Edgars store attendant in Somerset Mall named Sivu also promised to obtain paid up letter for me and remain to be seen. What am I suppose to do? as debt review payment agency continue to pay over money to Edgars even though this account is fully paid up. This account now reflects a credit amount of almost R487 owed to me by Edgars. Does Edcon or Edgars even have a debt review department? Nobody seems to be able to resolve this matter for me! What a disgrace for such a huge conglomerate with rude and abrupt personnel manning their phone lines. To date, I am yet to receive a paid up letter from Edgars. Eventually, I ended up reaching a lady named Samantha who told me she is the secretary at Edcon, who promised to make work of my matter, still with no results. How on earth did I end up at Edcon's secretary in Gauteng and not their debt review department? Email paid up letter to [Email Removed]
