Paid up letter from Edgars store

I have been driving to Edgars for a couple of days now asking for paid up letter,I have sent emails (they responded after a couple of days but still just automated response not paid up letter),I have called using my own airtime but I don't seem to get what I am asking for.I am really tired of doing the ups and downs
