Paid Up Letter from Edgars

I closed off and paid my account in 2019 and i have been requesting a paid up letter from Edgars as I am trying to buy a home for my family. This process has been a absolute nightmare as I'm being sent to one company to the next just to locate my account. I can understand that the account went missing however i have a statement showing my account in 0, yet i cannot find any person who can assist with my query. I am absolutely shocked at the amount of stressed this has caused and how there is nobody willing to take responsibility for our issues. Edgars by your sheer incompetence in handling this situation you managed to destroy lives.
