Paid up letter for old Edgars account

I require a paid-up letter for a previous account with Edgars that was paid up a while back during Debt Review before Edgars was sold on. I either needed a paid-up letter or a letter stating that there is no involvement on this account in order for me to exit from debt review, I have tried with RCS and Nimblecall centres and have no assistance. I am being passed from pillar to post and need it urgently.Please assist.
