Paid up letter

Im still struggling to get a paid up letter for my edgars account with account number *** in oder to remove the account from debt review and in order to get a clearance certificate. Edgars say they can't help me because its an old account and they haven't got my information on their system anymore. And that i should contact transunion. I contacted transunion regarding the matter and they told me that they don't issue paid letters only the creditors does. Transunion also informed me that the last update were made in April 2020 and that it was made by edgars so there's no way that they can't have mm information on their system.
