Paid up letter

Finally managed to pay my Edgars account off in-store and asked for a paid up letter .i was then put through to head office where I was told the payment has not yet reflected on their system and will reflect the next day. I was given a reference number for the call and the consultants name and two days have passed and still no paid up letter! I provided by email address and phone number so what is the hold up? I need that paid up letter stating I owe nothing and for my name to be removed from nimble.
