Paid up letter
I am so disappointed in Edgar's I've been going up and down to edgars store in n1 city. This is now my 2nd month I waste my airtime to call all numbers they gave me but no1 can help me. I'm trying to settle my acc so I can get a paid up letter but somehow I'm no where to be found.. and they dont even want to give me a letter stating that they cant find me on their systems. I'm about to buy property but without the letter from Edgar's the agents cant help me.. Its so frustrating and time wasting hope someone will assist me after this.

Thank u for ur response however I called the no' u provided and established that they have no record of me on file.
I think I have been more than patient with ur company. Your inefficiency has put my life on hold.
I expect this matter to be resolved today.Not next week, today.
Either u give me a paid up letter or find me on the system or I take it further.
