Paid up letter
I had a debt with edgars, where I made an arrangement with their lawyers to settle the account. After the payment I made, settling the account, it still reflects on edcon's system that I have a debt. I have been taken from pillar to post awaiting my paid up letter. Every time I call the edcons call centre I'm transferred from one call to the next then getting cut off from their side.
