Paid up letter

<p>I was in arrears last year July i received a call that if i pay immidiately i would get 25% off my balance meaning i could settle my acc. I then paid R3 600 *rounded off* and i was told edgars would process the discount and a paid up letter would follow. </p> <p>I followed up until today edgars and ARA has never processed anything no paid up letter was received.</p> <p>When i call ARA they send me to edgars and vice versa its almost 10months since i paid why is ut taking so long i want to clear my name and you holding back.</p> <p>I do actually have proof of this as i requested a confirmation through an email from ARA.</p> <p> </p> <p>Can i get my paid up letter?</p>
