Paid up letter

had account with Edgar's had financial problems I couldn't pay in time so my account was in arrears they gave me a discount when I settle the account I did that I made payment on 30 June and they said I will get a paid up letter within 6 weeks even today I haven't got it when I call they come with sorry every week please assist as I need a paid up letter
