Paid up account

I have a very bad experience since Edgars changed administrator to RCS. I closed my account in November and paid it up. This morning I called them and they are saying my account is in process of being closed. I have made several follow up before and i get told the same thing. And now this morning they are saying there is an outstanding amount of R132.00 which was never there as i had paid it off...this is unacceptable and very disappointing
