Paid but your still asking for payment01/701

A short while ago I posted a review and received a call from someone in social media, representing the company. This person could not help me. I explained that the answers to her questions were in my complaint. and my complaint was escalated. I also received a message saying I'm an inconsistent payer and consequently went into arrears. I pay more than the stipulated amount as a general rule and carefully watch the outstanding balance...but apparently, I went into arrears. I was told to pay an outstanding amount of R300, which I did the very next day, and now I'm asked to pay R349.90 which I paid in a store (RSQ Vincent Park, East London) on 12 September 2022. It's a pit that this review does not have the space to attach a copy of the receipt. I'm really done with this extremely poor service. Please forward me a detailed account of every payment made on this account starting 1 January 2022 - dates and amounts, so that my attorney can deal with this matter. I'm done with Edgars/RCS.
