Owing Edgars

I owe Edgars now I want to settle my account they say I don't owe them. I went to Edgars (Pretoria) Branch where I opened my account they said I only have cash account with them. I tried Trans Union to forward my statement and Edgars is there, and is bad because I want to buy a car now but I have bad Record.
