overpaid account and refusing to pay back
I had an account that was handed over to the lawyers and went back to settle it,only to find out I overpaid by over R700 and went through the proper channels and procedures and still I haven't been paid and I've been going in and out of the store for over 5 months now and they keep asking me to send th copy of my I.D but I don't and say it's not clear eventhough I send it from one of their shops using the original document
