Overcharged account

I have had an acc with edgars for over 15 years now. I have been paying my instalments based on the statement. But funny enough for the last five years i have not received any statements i just go to the store and pay whatever they say i should pay i stopped using that account for the last 2 years just wanted to pay it finish and close is but whst i have noticed iam my balance has been the same for the last 2 years even though i was paying every month it reflects R9000 it doesn't drop doesnt mstter if i pay 1000 or less its stays the same. When i enquire at the store i dont get a straight answer and i realised that there are staff that i did not sign up for that are included on my account could you please assist me on this matter my ID no is ***
