OVER BILLED!!!
I have an Edgars account that I never use. The only payment that I make per month which is R100 is to cover my legal plan of R59 p/m and my Life Membership fee of R44 and charges. I have a number of times received money back because I have paid too much in. What really upsets me is that my statement only arrives via email on the 10th of the following month AFTER payment is made. You can imagine my horror now when I open my statement and see that I am in arrears of R150 and it is because Edgars have added a Cell C Subscription of R25 onto my account over the last few months without me asking for it. I don't even have a Cell C account. They have been charging me arrears due to something THEY HAVE ADDED ON. I feel this is extremely shady and I want action taken to remedy this situation. I have an EXCELLENT credit record and I have been a faithful Edgars customer for 10 years. This IS NOT the way to treat your customers Edgars!!!! Very disappointed and disgusted! I better see some action and soon.
