Outstanding customer service

<p>On the 9th of November I called Edgars east rand mall and spoke to a consulted by name of Andiswa Vuthela. I told her that i urgently needed a pair of shoes for my mother and the other stores has no size. She asked what type of shoes, I wanted a slip-on and wasn’t really sure of the colour as long it is the right size cause my mother were leaving the next day to Namibia. She found a pair and descripted it to me, but I needed her to send me a pic to my phone she managed to ask her manager Thabo to take a photo and wts up it to me. The bottom line is she could’ve said to me that she didn’t have a phone and didn’t make a afford but she did. I than left my card at the store she contacted me more than once to tell me cause I didn’t even notice as I was to in a hurry to get home. That is what you call going the extra mile and that’s costumer service. I hope that we will have more Andiswa’s, just make the shopping experience easy and enjoyable</p> <p> </p>
