Outstanding account balance correction !!

<p>My wife's account had additional services incorrectly added and after numerous calls and branch visits we did not get any joy.</p> <p>Someone finally attended to the issue and made the corrections after I posted a complaint on hellopeter.com, removing the unecessary services and updating the account balance.</p> <p>This was unfortunately done a little too late because Edgars had already listed the account as overdue which was incorrect.</p> <p>Her profile has now been incorrectly listed as a bad payer on the credit bereau .</p> <p>The accounts now fully paid and closed, I will never buy any item from any of the Edcon group stores.</p> <p>Thank you Edgars for making our lives a misery. </p>
