Out of order phone.

Good day, On 2019 December i bought cellphone at Edgars store in woonderboom junction North of Pretoria. The phone just stop working on February 2020 and due to lockdown i failed to return the phone to store,now i have returned the phone to store for repair but now they want R764 for repair of which the phone does not even cost that amount. I am disappointed, because I don't know why must i pay because is not my fault and no one ever called me to explain the problem of the phone, they just send Sms requesting 764 for repair.
