OUT OF BOX FAULT(OBF) *******!!!!

Follow up on my previous complaint towards Vodacom from which i had bought a wi fi Web Cube router for R599 on my Edgars account from Edgars Parow Shopping Centre .After numerous useless calls to the call centre for assistants with this faulty product i just used day 1 for few hours i decided to return the product that was supposed, as i understand still under the 7 day out of Box failure exchange warranty.<br> <br> Have to drive all the way from Mitchells plain to Parow Centre does not seems to bother me at first thinking that at lest the product are covered by thisOBF but when i arrived at Edgars to exhange the product I was frankly told that this needs to be send to Vodacom for a \say So"even after seeing that the product are not functioning as it was supposed to do.I was demanding a new exhange and was really upset as i was told that this product will be send to Vodacom and I maybe first get feedback on Wednesday.This is ridiculous for a new product i bought.<br> <br> As stated by the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) I'm actually eligible for a refund or exchange within the first six months of buying a new product.
