OTA CHARGES ON EDGARS ACCOUNT- SOMETHING I HAVE NEVER SIGNED UP FOR!!

I have been billed repeatedly since last year by Edgars for airtime which I have never received nor used. (Edgars account number: ***) I am not sure how far into 2019 I have been billed this but I contacted the call centre each month last year to rectify. Each time they mentioned that they will cancel it and it still reflects on my latest statement. Please will you assist me to rectify this immediately- this is **********!!
