Ota airtime

On 27th of September 2015 I bought airtime through Edgars' OTA service but I only received 1 voucher for R55 but not the R29.I contacted their call center on 29/10/2015 @ 11 in the morning and was told that I will be contacted within 30 min to have the voucher given to me over the phone, this was according to the agent I spoke to. So on the same day @ 17h30 I called them again and this got to speak to a different agent who said I was misinformed in the morning and said their turnaround time is actually 24 to 48 hrs but today it's the 4th of October, that's 5 days later I haven't received feedback from them. Funny enough I even explained that since I joined their services 3 years back this kind of thing has been happening but I always got preoccupied and forgot to contact them and ended up paying bills for vouchers I never got. I went to a store and I was only given a phone number to call but how do I do that if the airtime I bought was never sent to my phone. Don't they also have a system in place to show if a person has received their voucher or not because they sure never make a mistake when it comes to sending you a bill.
