Order"shipped" gift card lost
Tracking number and emails received about my order that is shipped just to find out today from a service consultant that my order is actualy cancelled. I used a R250 gift voucher to pay for this order and now that is gone now? This after i had to spend 30min to request a refund for items that you did not send me in the firat place in another order. Not a very nice experience

08 Jun 2020, 10:37Thank you But when i was on the line with the Customer Service on Saturday in you The Grove store, she said it was cancelled so i went out and bough the item from you menlyn store, so now i will have to return the one you are shipping? and will still loose the gift voucher?

09 Jun 2020, 07:19Good Day I also have a big ISSUE with the fact that you have charged me interest on the account for the order balance, placed 02/05/2020. But i only received this order 6 June. How can i start paying for something that i dont have and you did not even send me the full order so i am being charged interest on things i did not even received, PLUS i had to Phone you for a refund request which is not processed, and thus again i will be charged interest on the account for this balance. Ref ***/GO and Ref ***/GO these are the two reference numbers for my credits. Please can i have this confirmed and and updated statement with the interest removed.
