I recently ordered a Techno Spark 20C through Edgar's online store, and my experience has been incredibly disappointing. First off, the phone was advertised with several promotional items, including free earbuds, a free accidentally cover, and free data. Unfortunately, none of these were provided with my order. I only received the phone itself, with no accessories or data as promised.

To make matters worse, when I reached out to Edgar's customer service to inquire about the missing items, I was met with unhelpful responses and no clear explanation. It's incredibly frustrating to be ignored like this, especially when the website clearly advertised these extras as part of the package. The lack of communication and transparency on their part is just unacceptable.

This is a prime example of false advertising and poor customer service. I would not recommend ordering from Edgar’s online store, especially if you're expecting to receive what’s advertised. It's disappointing that such a reputable company would handle its customers so poorly.
