I would like to complain about the Edgars online service that is definitely not on par with other retailers. I have made numerous attempts to get feedback on an order i placed on the 29th of November. I get tat the products ordered most probably have to be shipped from another province but really!!! There has been no progress at all. That is mediocre service from Edgars. I also understand that many orders were made on the 29th but come on, its been more than a week with no progress.
In the process of all these follow ups, i have lost my card now i cant even find my card. I really wish i didn't open an Edgars account

I will really appreciate it if i get the products delivered to me by Friday. because if it is not delivered to me by Friday then it will go on to the third and that is really really pathetic for online service. I do get that Jo-Malone products could be available only in certain parts of the country but its still not acceptable.
Some advice- you really need to improve your online service delivery. International products cant be arriving sooner to their destinations in another country and at Edgars you have to heckle and fight and complain first to get proper service.
Another question - i cant find my card, where can i get a replacement?

I will be taking my complaint with Edgars even further or just send my stuff that i ordered and il pay off my by account and close it. Someone at Edgars responded to my complaint and said that i would get my products by Friday last week. Still nothing.
These purchases were made on the 29th of November. There is no excuse for such poor service. It is poor! There is no communication whatsoever. I have received products from Amazon that were shipped internationally.
No wonder this company was close to closing down!
