Order not placed but money was deducted 3 times

I tried to place an order on Edgars Online yesterday at 14:43. My bank credit card was charged and money was deducted 3 times even though I tried to place the order once. The order resulted in an error and was not placed. Please reverse the deductions as the order was not processed and the error was on Edgars Online's side as the internet connection on my side was fine. The amount deducted was R259.91 each time.
