Order delivered to who know who? Unacceptable!

The order wasn't delivered however when you check on your account, it shows that it was delivered, but we never received the order. Tracking number EFC **********

And who delivers an order after 17:00 if the order is to go to a work place? The building was deserted after 17:00, so where did my order land up?

They didn't even phone to find out where I was to sign for the order, so it probably ended up by some random person that took my order for themselves. Pathetic!

Then I phone this morning and they just tell me that the tracking company will get back to me. it’s been two hours and I haven’t heard anything. Ref number: ********** 0393

I expect the same item to be delivered before close of business on Thursday, 2 May 2019.

Apparently "Rigea" signed for the parcel. What i don't understand is why do you allow for someone to sign for a parcel if they are not the recipient noted on the waybill? Not even calling the recipient to confirm that they can leave the parcel with them. Nobody know who this "Rigea" is and the parcel is missing. Please send the exact same item by no later than close of business Thursday, 2 May.
