Opening of New Account cannot be done Online?!
When attempting to apply for a new account online my documents all fail to upload, so I can an 0800 number who then give me a *** number who then refer me to *** who then refer me to *** which tells me the callers mailbox is full, so I go back to the 0800 number to be told just to go into a store to apply...
We have technology that allowed me to open my Mr Price Account via WhatsApp!!!???
This is absolutely pathetic! I'm expected to make copies of everything they want and go INTO a store? Not going to happen!
