Paid up my account 5-6 months ago. Received SMS in December that I owe money. Got hold of someone via e-mail saying that I am part of some VIP club, which I never signed up for. Asked to close my account and told them that I never signed up. Never heard of them again. How can a company openly ***** your money and threaten to send your non-payment details to the CB but you have never even signed up or heard of it before? They can't even send me a statement although I spent two hours at customer service on the phone and provided all necessary information? It's just a fight against nothing. It's like you sold your soul to the devil when you opened an account and now you will pay!
