Only buy clothes from Edgars

I did not agree to buying VIP membership and it appeared on my account. This was cancelled and I requested a new statement showing such. Got an email without the attachment so I queried it. Got another email stating that I have a zero balance. Asked for a statement again and was told that I owe the original value before the credit even though all the emails were attached. Need to employ people that know what they are doing and stick to your core business. A similar incident happened a few years ago involving Hollard.
