Online shopping is a fail

I have made purchase on th 20th march 2018.Even today 4th april have not received any feedback.They claim that delivery takes 2 to 5 days which has passed already. Everytime i send emails i am reffered to a new department with no success so far.i have spent my data and airtime contacting with no such wasting my money further
