Online Service Sucks like Edgars

I have purchased a cellphone online, when I looked at the status of my purchase it was cancelled however the amount of the cellphone was deducted from my account, I have not gotten a phone call and let alone an email stating whats going on, I have sent numerous emails, and of cause just like Edgars DOLOLO.

This is there response when I was done with the purchase via mail: Thanks for your order! Your order will be delivered within 3-7 working days. Once your package ships we will send you a tracking number. You can check the status of your order by logging into your account.
