Online Service Fail!

<p>My experience with Edagrs online shopping was the worst, I had purchased an item that hadnt been delivered in a month I then sent emails and called in and just kept on getting complaint references but nothing was getting done. They then all of a sudden cancelled the order and never contacted me further, Since then i have been calling and Emailing to get my refund as I am paying for something I did not recieve.</p>
