Online purchases gone wrong.

I bought baby clothes, bags and stuff online. My order number, which i had to call someone before getting, is ***. The order was made on the 16th of April.

I am expecting my baby boy very soon, and to date - i do not know if my order is finalised, being delivered or what. I tried calling this week, no one is picking up their phones.

Last week i spoke to Lungile Maka who asked for proof of payment, which i sent on the same day, but she never responded to me or said anything about my order.
