Online purchase
I purchased a mac powder online and the wrong product was delivered to the Gateway Branch . I requested for it to be returned but gateway could not scan the product onto their system as they do not keep Mac and asked me return the product to a store that stock Mac. I am not sure why I have to waste my time and money when the wrong product was delivered to me and if the product purchased online can be delivered to a certain branch, why cant it be returned to the same branch?
