Online payment made, order created and later informed there is no stock

I bought some phones online on 28/04/2022 and have been awaitng their delivery to date. Up until now, nothing has been delivered.

I have been tracking my order online, and there was no status.

Yesterday i phoned them only to be told that those phones are out of stock. The most annoying thing is that Edgars:

1. CONFIRMED THE AVAILABILITY OF THE PHONES by accepting my money and creacting an order number for my purchase.

2. Did not bother to update me regarding the status of my phone on my time. They rather waited for me to contact them. Only when i followed up yesterday, they tell me the phones are out of stock. In the same light, they are said they started, YESTERDAY, the process to refund me my money back.

I do not need any refund. What i want is my phones that i purchased delivered to the address i indicated must be delivered to.

Edgars cheated me in misrepresenting the availability of the phones, yet they knew very well they are out of stock. This is unacceptable and inexcusable.
