Online order taking forever

Three months back I bought a phone which took 2 weeks to be delivered after 100 times of follow up n threats to cancel the order.on the 26 of october I ordered some items to use on weekend given it takes 3-5 days,yesterday 30/10/26 I phoned to track the order i was told they waiting for courier to collect n il receive message and i did not.Today im calling again for follow up n im told my order is on a queue to be packed and will escalate matter which will take 48-72 hours but yesterday it was waiting for courier.The consultant is even rude no sympathy or try to find a way of assisting.
