Online Order taking a month to get to Bloemfontein then handed over to the wrong person without even checking if it's the person

I ordered a Calvin Klein set on 08-04-2020. Couldn't track the order online so i called Edgars Loch Logan Bloemfontein branch and they told me the order hasn't arrived in Bloemfontein or left the Order Center. Only found out today (19-05-2020) after being on hold for 42min that my Order was delivered and collected by someone called Marice. The courier guy didn't even call me to check for availability and confirm location or asked Marice for an ID to collect my package. Worse part I didn't get an SMS stating the package is on the way. I want my package delivered and full refund. This is too unprofessional.
