Online order still not delivered or status on delivery

I have followed up numerous time about items I bought online on 28 Nov, it's been 9 working days since I placed the order. I haven't received one email on my order status, when my order will be dispatched or even when I will receive it. I live in a major city so I see no reason why this is taking so long. Their site says 2-5 working days for delivery. No one can tell me when to expect this delivery, the call Centre said they can't tell when it will be delivered, and that it might be delivered this week. The one email I received after numerous emails sent, said that the order is on track but again no tracking number, no update on where the order is. This is absolutely shocking service. I am now to the point where I want to cancel the order and close my account.
