ONLINE ORDER NOT DELIVERED 3weeks later!
I made a purchase online on the 1st of May. 3 weeks later my purchase has not been delivered when their online site read that DELIVERY WILL BE MADE IN 5-7 WORKING DAYS. I’ve since sent two emails with absolutely no response. I cannot track my parcel and have no idea what’s going on. I tried calling their customer service to no avail, I figured their lines were down (hence the lockdown) but their still not responding to emails. I feel absolutely helpless and if I could would cancel the order all at once and get my money back. I’m so disappointed at this kind of service, appalling really!
