Online order non refund

I placed an order online for R3000 on 31 April and was meant to be delivered within 7 days. First 5 weeks I was being told" it's being picked from the warehouse " . I finally decided to have it cancelled. I cannot believe its almost a year since I requested for a refund and to date it's still not done. I called over 4 dozens of times and sent emails. The last strike was this year when they closed down their online business and the staff had no idea how to assist as "we were not advised on that process" it's frustrating seeing these running competitions when they owe me R3000. This is my 4th review on the same matter and I am yet to get a resolution
