Iv tried emails and calling numerous times, I have even gone into the store. I have no help or information on my order I placed nearly 2 weeks back now. When you pay for goods you should at least be able to see or be advised on your order.

Happy to wait it out, I think it would be a good idea to let customers know when they place the order online. I wouldn't have had to message here .
I used to have this job you are doing right now, responding to Hello Peters for Edgars(Edcon), sending them Generics haha .
Funny how things come full circle, here I am complaining.
